At VUJA DÉ, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all tags and archival packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Shipment

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid return label provided via our portal to the exterior.

Dispatch Package

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
